However, all is not what is sounds, I understand that Chavez is not totally convinced to take Rusoro as his only Russian partner, he is trying to get the Russian government to get the number one Russian mining company to get involved

Hugo Chavez welcomes all mining companies especially from Russia but so far the only one that has been operating in Vz is Rusoro and that is the case since 2002. I expect an increased interest from other russian companies in Vz mining sector as early as this year
