NGO claims the US was involved in coup against Chávez

The United States was 'involved' in the failed 2002 coup against Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez. The researcher said that his NGO has obtained a group of documents 'showing that the US, its intelligence service and its government were aware of the coup well ahead of it.'
